RE: Proposed Architectural Guidelines
Dear Sage Canyon Members:
The Board is proposing to adopt the enclosed addendum to the Architectural Guidelines. Sage Canyon’s attorney has reviewed the guidelines and the Board has approved these guidelines to go out to the membership for the 28-day review and comment period.
Under California law and the Association’s CC&Rs, prior to the Board adopting the policy, members are given at least 28 days to review the proposed policy.
The Board is intending to adopt the Architectural Guidelines at an open board meeting scheduled for:
