Time to clean out those closets and garages! The annual Sage Canyon Ranch garage sale has been scheduled for Saturday, April 27th and by request we have extended the garage sale to include Sunday, April 28th. The garage sale begins at 8AM. 

As always announcements will be placed on craigslist.com, gsalr.com, garagesalefinder.com, nextdoor.com and yardsales.com.

Signs will go up on the Friday before at our entrances and surrounding streets.

​The Sage Canyon Ranch Annual Community Garage Sale will be held Saturday, April 27th and Sunday, April 28th from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. 

Time to clean out those closets and garages and get those goods ready to make a little extra cash! The Association posts the community garage sale in various local web based advertisement signs. Additionally, signs will be placed in visible locations!
